Then get off to the side And let in your brogue-armored sub Run down the pitch with a whirl and a twirl With the sliotar on the end of your hurl What, I can only take twelve steps?! Ha, bet you now want to skirl But if you manage to hit the sliotar long Toward the goal or the upright’s prongs You’ll be met with a free pint And joined in your county’s old songs

Hello I'm Kieran Ryan AKA Merryman and I'm a writer and illustrator and the author of Union of Worlds: Deception. I also like to draw cartoons and make things. My main motivation is create things that will bring a smile to people's faces. There is already enough negativity in the world and I'm fighting that through the power of ink! I love puns and silly jokes which normally end up as one panels I call "the Wonderful World of Merryman". I also do a couple of strips which you can read here on my page.

I live in Galway City in the West of Ireland with my wife and four beautiful children.

Union of Worlds II

I've been working away hard at my second novel which is a follow on from UoW:Deception. It features the same main characters and introduces a bunch of new and interesting ones. It's all starting to come together now and should be done in the next couple of months! Can't wait to get it out there!
